Beef Stroganoff
Egg noodles smothered in tender beef, carrots, mushrooms and onions in a richly beefy, sour cream and mustard sauce.
- 1 lb beef chuck or other cut
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 large carrots chopped
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 2 tsp paprika
- 4 cups water
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 lb mushrooms chopped
- 1 lb egg noodles
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 Tbsp mustard

- 1/2 cup red wine
- potatoes
- fresh dill
